MUSLIM BIN KATHIR AZDI

He is
one of the martyrs of Kerbala from the clan of Azd. Some people believe
him as a companion of the Prophet (S.A.W). While fighting in the army of
Hazrat Ali (A.S), in some battle, his foot was injured. He came out of
Koofa and joined the caravan of Imam Hussain (A.S) near Kerbala. He was
martyred in the first attack on 10th Moharram. His name is also found as
Aslam bin Kathir and Suleman bin Kathir. His name is also found in 'Ziarat-e-Nahya-e-Muqaddisa'
